Interface Yoga classes can help.

The core of any yoga practice is in the physical fitness and wellness of the practitioner, as we are taught that unless you are healthy, you will not achieve your full potential. The physical practice of Yoga comprises numerous poses (Asanas) that focus on alignment, body awareness, core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Any student, regardless of physical capability, can start a Yoga practice; and provided it is taught competently and is the appropriate type of practice for the student, it will be both a challenging and rewarding experience.

A regular Yoga practice can help you feel your best on a physical, psychological, and spiritual level. The benefits go well beyond stress management. From better sense of well-being to improved physical health, Yoga will give you the tools for discovering and maintaining balance in your life.
